Exquisite technique for problem solving

I sent a Certificate of Origin and Commercial Invoice to US Legalization to obtain an Apostille for use in Bahrain. I forget to include a prepaid airway bill, which means that they will use the regular US Mail service to mail the documents back to me and it will take more than 7 days. I was really disappointed because it means that the shipment will be delayed and I will pay the penalty clause. The customer service agent in the US legalization calls me and said that I can send the prepaid airway bill while the company is authenticating the documents.
