The FBI background check needed an apostille to be processed and sent to Portugal. It was the last missing document for our VISA application and we were in a rush to get this application done. We tried to get in contact with over 10 companies that were "next day" and "super rush" experts. This company was the call that was answered by a "real live person". What's even better is that they responded to WhatsApp regardless of time zone differences. The enlightening part of this experience is that they were brutally honest; if I wanted the federal apostille processed through Washington DC it would be longer than 4 weeks. It would likely be longer than 6 weeks. Once I put in the order I received the actual UPS tracking information showing the apostille request going out the same day I paid. They were right, as it took 6 weeks to get the apostille back and the US government is doing everything in their power to slow down any applications for VISA, dual passports or for working overseas. Harry was the first guy that explained why, in detail, why it would take so long and the politics behind it. Do not do not do not believe the fake apostille companies on Google promising (but not guaranteeing) 4 weeks. Please do your homework and if you can't at least get a few questions answere by phone, walk away. These guys are 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!
